This is a three-wire handset with one push-button. ESG-900 apartment station operates with the ESG-900 amplifiers.
All ESG-900 apartment station handsets are molded from high impact plastic, made in Italy 
(Giugaro Design). They have screw terminal connectors.

• An additional common wire for a private doorbell.

To "Talk" and "Listen" handset must be picked up. Apartment station comes equipped with a Momentary Action switch for "Door" release operation. For operation with door release simply press the push-button "Door" momentarily and after 8-20 seconds the entrance door can be closed  automatically (time delay can be adjusted). 

There are 45 OHM speaker and the PC-mount high sensitivity condenser microphone with the voice frequency response. It can be used in large or small buildings with one or several entrances.
