The ESG-700 is a semi-automatic intercom amplifier that is unique and ideal for large or small buildings, HPD or Housing Authority projects. This system is created and manufactured by Enterprise Service Group, Inc., and provides the clear amplification circuits for two-way voice communication. The difference between ESG-700 and other intercom systems is that other intercom systems are ON constantly, while ESG-700 is constantly in OFF position. Tenants can operate intercom only after visitor rings up and activates the system. Only after pressing push button "Talk/Listen" can tenants open entrance door. If by accident push button "Door" should get stuck, amplifier will disconnect this apartment and restore system to service. The ESG-700 intercom amplifier is designed to use with ESG-700 (plastic), or ESG-700S (stainless steel) three wire apartment stations. This amplifier is engineered with high quality components. Amplifier ESG-700 can work with all kinds of vestibule panels and also with the stainless steel vandal-resistant ESG-350 vestibule panel, which is equipped with a vandal-resistant keypad of 12 push buttons (and additional electronic board).

2. Wires can't be run too close to electrical wiring or fluorescent lights.

3. Use 16 V AC 30VA transformers. Install transformers at least 2 ft. away from amplifier.

4. For speaker use 22 AWG shielded 2 conductor cables.

5. For door release and Magnetic Lock wiring should be 2-4 conductor, 18 or 22 AWG cable.

6. Check for shorts and grounds before connecting power.

• Can be installed with vandal-resistant stainless steel apartment station or plastic apartment station.
• Very economical intercom systems.
• The entrance door cannot be opened from any apartment station unless the "TALK" push-button is activated first.
• If for any reason the "DOOR" push-button gets stuck, the amplifier will disconnect the apartment(s) and the entrance door will remain closed.

Apartment station comes equipped with a momentary action push-button to "Talk/Listen" and "Door" release operation. To talk, press and hold the push-button "Talk", to listen, - simply release the button. ESG-700 apartment station is designed to provide a naturally clear communication and positive door release operation, combined with a magnetic lock. For operation with a "Door Release" you only need to press the push- button "Door" momentarily and after  8-10 seconds the entrance door will close automatically (frame delay can be adjusted). 
The 45 OHM Mylar speaker should be 2 3/4" high sensitivity type with voice frequency response. Can be used in large or small buildings with one or several entrances.

ESG-700S is a three-wire stainless steel (20 gauges), vandal-resistant apartment station with two black metal push-buttons. 

ESG-700S APARTMENT STATION has several modifications: 
 

• ESG-700ST - Can be installed on the back box "TEK-TONE" Intercom system.
• ESG-700SA- Can be installed on the back box "AUTH" Intercom system.
• ESG-700SL- Can be installed on the back box "LOEFFLER" Intercom system, etc.

Apartment station comes equipped with momentary action switches for "TALK" and for "DOOR" release operation.For "TALK-DOWN" just  press and hold the push-button "TALK" for "LISTEN" simply release the push-button. For operation with door release simply press the push-button "DOOR" momentarily and after 8-20 seconds the entrance door will close automatically 
(entrance door time delay can be adjusted). The ESG-700S apartment station is designed to provide a natural clear communication and positive door release, combined with magnetic lock.
